To find the correct manual pull out steps to swap out your electric steps you'll need get a few measurements first. The first one being the bracket width for your current steps, and the second being the height from the ground to the mounting bracket.

When it comes to getting the correct replacement exterior ladder we need to know what the height of your existing ladder is. We offer anywhere between 84-1/2 inch exterior ladders # SP502L to 97 inch Exterior ladders # SP501L.
To determine the correct ladder, measure from the top of the RV down the rear wall until you reach the point where you'd like the ladder to attach. Add 7 inches to that distance, and you'll get the proper height ladder.

A lot of times this can be from a dirty filter or air louvers being blocked on your # ACDOM150. Remove power, let the coils thaw, check the filter, and make sure the louvers are properly positioned so cold air isn't recirculated into the unit. You also want to make sure the ports on the front of the unit that allow condensation to drain aren't blocked. I have no way of confirming what your 2004 Georgie Boy had as original steps, but the Lippert Kwikee 23 Series Electric Steps - 3 Steps - 8" Drop/Rise - 24" Wide - 300 lbs # LC3694042 are a very strong possibility as Lippert does steps for many manufacturers and are the leader in electric RV steps.
